GUIDELINES:
Complete a separate form for each person attending.
Vendor registration/fee includes up to two staff members.
DO NOT write checks to TBI. ALL checks must be made out to TIBRS User Group.

Your registration fee includes 2 breakfasts, lucheon, breaks, and meetings.

The hotel does not accommodate dietary needs.
The first night of your stay will be charged to the credit card used to make your reservation.
Registration gifts are limited to one per person.
If you have to cancel, please notify Ashley.Anderson@tn.gov on or before August 31, 2023.
Final cancellation deadline to receive a fee refund is August 31, 2023.

Early registration fee: $250.00 (Registration form and fee must be postmarked no later than August 21, 2023)
Late registration fee: $300.00 (If registration form and fee are not postmarked by August 21, 2023)
Spouse/Guest fee: $25.00 (Per person - admission to luncheon)
